Okno Park
Imagine a place a mom can take her toddlers on a morning walk. While there, she meets the neighbour and chats about all things in common while pushing their youngsters on the swings.
They get to planning an evening barbeque. “Let’s have it right here!” They both agree.
That evening, the families claim a corner of the park for their cookout. The children romp on the slides and climbers while the adults play croquet on the lush, well-maintained lawn.
“This park is just another reason why I love calling Okno home,” says one of the dads.
Together we can make this dream come true in 2026.
Amenities
It is with great excitement that the Okno Community Committee presents plans for the Okno Park! It will include a well- landscaped lawn, a playground structure, swings, and picnic tables.
Location
A lot in the new subdivision, at the intersection of Maple Street and Tulip Drive, has been purchased.
Construction began in 2024 and will finish in time for our Grand Opening on August 8, 2026.
